1. 1. As soon as your request is received, offers will be made based on your selection criteria and availabilities.
   2. With your OK, an “option” is submitted to the hotel. Then we’ll send you the reservation contract by post, fax or email, which you must return to us, signed and accompanied by your payment as soon as possible. The payment must be made by bank card, cheque, wire transfer or postal money order.
   3. cancellation insurance is offered: “Contact Assistance”, allows you, should you be prevented from travelling due to accident, death, refusal of paid holiday, etc., to receive reimbursement for your trip (in accordance with the general conditions of purchase).
   4. a down payment of 25% of the total is required if reservation is made more than one month in advance of arrival date; the balance is due one month before arrival date.
   5. immediate payment in full is required if reservation is made less than one month before arrival date.
   6. As soon as the balance or full payment is received, a “voucher” is sent to you by email, fax or post, certifying receipt of payment for your stay. You must provide this voucher to the hotel when you arrive. You will also receive an information packet with a map showing the location of your stay.



2. via the online reservations module
   1. you select the establishments where you would like to stay.
   2. as soon as your request is received, our reservation agents will confirm your reservation.

 Reservations

2. the “option” that you have placed is valid for 5 business days, within which time we must receive a cheque for the full amount of your stay.
