How to play ?

This treasure hunt is set in 4 villages around the Pays de Fayence region: Callian, Fayence, Mons and Seillans. It is divided into 2 phases:

• First of all you have to find the answers to the enigmas along the four circuits laid out in this logbook (1 circuit for each of the 4 villages)
• Then, using the answers (that you have noted down in the logbook) you can decode the mystery sentences found on the last page of the book. These will lead you to the hidden treasure.
  NB. All answers must be given in French.

How to complete each circuit ?

The 4 circuits, which are on foot and take about two hours each, are set in the heart of each of the 4 villages and are accessible to everyone. You can do them in any order and at whatever time suits you best, as, thanks to the logbook, you’ll be completely independent. However, each circuit has a precise itinerary, so begin at the starting point and follow the itinerary as it is set out in the logbook. To solve the enigmas you won’t require any particular equipment or books (a map of the village might help but certainly isn’t essential)
Perspicacity, logic and good observation skills will be your best tools.

What to do with the entry coupon ?

The final enigma will enable you to find the hidden treasure which, in turn, will give you a secret code.
Note down the code along with your contact details on the cut-out entry coupon at the back of your logbook. Once filled-in, post the coupon in the ‘Communaté de Communes’ letterbox located in the ‘Maison de pays de Fayence’ car park by the steps to the building entrance.

When to play ?

The tourist route of the rally is a permanent route to do throughout 2009.

What will you earn ?

All participants who find the secret code, and return their registration form, will receive a gift.
You can also, perhaps, win a dream holiday in the territory of Saint-Raphaël - Pays de Fayence, by drawing lots.
All registration form reported by the correct secret code can be drawn.
